Προκήρυξη Ανοικτού Διαγωνισμού για την Παραχώρηση Άδειας Χρήσης Οικοδομής στο Παττίχειο Πάρκο Λάρνακας για Λειτουργία Καφετέριας
Ο Δήμος Λάρνακας ανακοινώνει την προκήρυξη ανοικτού διαγωνισμού για την παραχώρηση άδειας χρήσης της οικοδομής που βρίσκεται εντός του Παττίχειου Πάρκου στη Λάρνακα, με σκοπό τη λειτουργία καφετέριας.
Η σύμβαση αφορά την παραχώρηση του δικαιώματος χρήσης της εν λόγω οικοδομής, σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τις προδιαγραφές που καθορίζονται στα έγγραφα του διαγωνισμού.
Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι μπορούν να εξασφαλίσουν τα έγγραφα του διαγωνισμού μέσω του Ηλεκτρονικού Συστήματος Σύναψης Συμβάσεων του κράτους (eProcurement) στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση:

Καταληκτική ημερομηνία και ώρα υποβολής προσφορών: 07 Αυγούστου 2026 και ώρα 11:00 π.μ.
Οι προσφορές θα υποβάλλονται αποκλειστικά ηλεκτρονικά, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες και τις οδηγίες που περιλαμβάνονται στα έγγραφα του διαγωνισμού.

Open Tender Invitation for the Granting of a Building Use Licence at Pattichio Park in Larnaca for the Operation of a Café
The Municipality of Larnaca announces the launch of an open tender for the granting of a licence to use the building located within Pattichio Park in Larnaca for the purpose of operating a café.
The contract concerns the granting of the right to use the aforementioned building, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set out in the tender documents.
