Την απόφαση για έναρξη εργασιών 5 ξεχωριστών εταιρειών ειδικού σκοπού, που έχουν συσταθεί με σκοπό η κάθε μία να αναπτύξει αντίστοιχη φάση του έργου «Land of Tomorrow», ανακοίνωσε την Τρίτη στο ΧΑΚ το συγκρότημα Petrolina
Την απόφαση για έναρξη εργασιών 5 ξεχωριστών εταιρειών ειδικού σκοπού, που έχουν συσταθεί με σκοπό η κάθε μία να αναπτύξει αντίστοιχη φάση του έργου «Land of Tomorrow», ανακοίνωσε την Τρίτη στο ΧΑΚ το συγκρότημα Petrolina .
Πρόκειται για τις εξής εταιρείες:
-Land of Tomorrow – Residential Towers Ltd, με συμμετοχή της Petrolina Holdings-PHL 21%.
-Land of Tomorrow – Ecovillage Ltd, με συμμετοχή PHL 35%.
-Land of Tomorrow – Resort Ltd, με συμμετοχή PHL 100%.
-Land of Tomorrow – Boutique Ltd, με συμμετοχή PHL 100%.
-Land of Tomorrow – Business Hub Ltd, με συμμετοχή PHL 10%
Σύμφωνα με την ανακοίνωση, η έναρξη των εργασιών των εταιρειών υπόκειται στη λήψη των απαιτούμενων ρυθμιστικών εγκρίσεων και/ή αδειών.
Διαφοροποίηση δραστηριοτήτων
Όπως αναφέρεται, η απόφαση για μετακίνηση των αποθηκευτικών εγκαταστάσεων του Συγκροτήματος στην περιοχή Βασιλικού και το Σχέδιο Περιοχής Πρώην Διυλιστηρίων συνέβαλε στις προσπάθειές μας για διαφοροποίηση των δραστηριοτήτων του Συγκροτήματος και πιο συγκεκριμένα, στον τομέα της εκμετάλλευσης και ανάπτυξης των ακινήτων που καταλάμβαναν προηγουμένως οι εγκαταστάσεις.
Αφού εξετάστηκαν διάφορες εναλλακτικές λύσεις αξιοποίησης των ακινήτων αποφασίστηκε η ανάθεση σχεδιασμού ενός masterplan στο διεθνούς φήμης αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο Foster + Partners. Το Land of Tomorrow, είναι ένα έργο που επιχειρεί να επαναπροσδιορίσει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο σχεδιάζονται και λειτουργούν οι σύγχρονες παραθαλάσσιες κοινότητες.
Τι περιλαμβάνει η ανάπτυξη
Σε μια έκταση που μέχρι πρόσφατα συνδεόταν με βιομηχανικές χρήσεις, αναπτύσσεται σήμερα ένα ολοκληρωμένο αστικό περιβάλλον μεικτών χρήσεων, με έμφαση στη συμβίωση κατοικίας, εργασίας, αναψυχής και δημόσιου χώρου. Με έμφαση στη βιωσιμότητα, περιλαμβάνει φυσικές και με οικολογική ταυτότητα παραλίες, χώρους πρασίνου, πολιτιστικές υποδομές και ψυχαγωγικές εγκαταστάσεις.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα, το «Land of Tomorrow» θα έχει έκταση γύρω στα 300.000 μ² και πλάνο υλοποίησης σε διάφορες φάσεις σε μια περίοδο-στόχο 12-15 ετών. Το master plan για ολόκληρο το έργο περιλαμβάνει συγκροτήματα διαμερισμάτων, χώρους λιανικής πώλησης, εστίασης, ένα πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο πέντε αστέρων, ένα boutique ξενοδοχείο, ένα σύγχρονο συνεδριακό κέντρο, γραφεία και χώρους εκδηλώσεων.
Η πρώτη φάση έχει σχεδιαστεί ως μέρος στρατηγικής συνεργασίας της Land of Tomorrow – Residential Towers Ltd με την bbf: και τους Foster + Partners και αναμένεται να ξεκινήσει την κατασκευή στα τέλη του 2026/αρχές του 2027 και να ολοκληρωθεί γύρω στο 2028-2029.

Petrolina: Five Companies to Commence Operations for the “Land of Tomorrow” Project
The Petrolina Group announced on Tuesday, through the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE), its decision to commence the operations of five separate special purpose companies, each established to develop a corresponding phase of the “Land of Tomorrow” project.
The companies are:
- Land of Tomorrow – Residential Towers Ltd, with Petrolina Holdings (PHL) holding a 21% stake.
- Land of Tomorrow – Ecovillage Ltd, with PHL holding a 35% stake.
- Land of Tomorrow – Resort Ltd, with PHL holding a 100% stake.
- Land of Tomorrow – Boutique Ltd, with PHL holding a 100% stake.
- Land of Tomorrow – Business Hub Ltd, with PHL holding a 10% stake.
According to the announcement, the commencement of operations of these companies is subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals and/or permits.
Diversification of Activities
The announcement states that the decision to relocate the Group’s storage facilities to the Vasiliko area, together with the Former Refineries Area Plan, has contributed to the Group’s efforts to diversify its business activities, particularly in the development and utilization of the properties previously occupied by its facilities.
Following the examination of various alternative development options for the site, it was decided to commission an internationally renowned architectural firm, Foster + Partners, to prepare the project’s master plan. The Land of Tomorrow project aims to redefine the way modern coastal communities are designed and operate.
What the Development Includes
An area that until recently was associated with industrial use is now being transformed into an integrated mixed-use urban environment, emphasizing the coexistence of residential, commercial, recreational, and public spaces. With sustainability at its core, the development will feature natural and eco-conscious beaches, green spaces, cultural facilities, and leisure amenities.
More specifically, Land of Tomorrow will cover approximately 300,000 square metres and is planned to be implemented in phases over a target period of 12–15 years. The master plan for the entire project includes residential apartment complexes, retail and dining spaces, a luxury five-star hotel, a boutique hotel, a modern conference centre, office spaces, and event venues.
The first phase has been designed as part of a strategic partnership between Land of Tomorrow – Residential Towers Ltd, bbf:, and Foster + Partners. Construction is expected to commence in late 2026 or early 2027 and is anticipated to be completed around 2028–2029.
