Ο Δήμος Αραδίππου προχωρεί με πράξεις σε έργα που οι δημότες ζητούσαν εδώ και χρόνια, αποδεικνύοντας ότι όταν υπάρχει πολιτική βούληση, τα προβλήματα βρίσκουν λύσεις. Η δημοτική αρχή, με επικεφαλής τον Δήμαρχο Χριστόδουλο Πάρτου και τη συνεργασία των μελών του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου, φέρνει μια νέα εποχή για την Αραδίππου, μέσα από μικρές και μεγάλες παρεμβάσεις που βελτιώνουν την καθημερινότητα των πολιτών. Η υλοποίηση των νέων φωτοελεγχόμενων διασταυρώσεων στη Λεωφόρο Ελλάδος αποτελεί ένα ακόμη σημαντικό έργο που ενισχύει την οδική ασφάλεια, αναβαθμίζει τις υποδομές και ανταποκρίνεται σε ένα διαχρονικό αίτημα της τοπικής κοινωνίας.

Σε τελικό στάδιο ολοκλήρωσης το έργο των νέων φωτοελεγχόμενων διασταυρώσεων στη Λεωφόρο Ελλάδος
Ο Δήμος Αραδίππου ενημερώνει τους δημότες ότι το σημαντικό έργο εγκατάστασης των νέων φωτοελεγχόμενων διασταυρώσεων στη Λεωφόρο Ελλάδος βρίσκεται πλέον στο τελικό στάδιο υλοποίησής του, αποτελώντας μία από τις σημαντικότερες παρεμβάσεις των τελευταίων ετών για την αναβάθμιση της οδικής ασφάλειας στην περιοχή.
Από αύριο, τίθεται σε λειτουργία η φωτοελεγχόμενη διασταύρωση της Λεωφόρου Ελλάδος με τις οδούς Ιβύκου και Σεργίου & Βάκχου.
Οι φωτοελεγχόμενες διασταυρώσεις της Λεωφόρου Ελλάδος με την οδό Γεωργίου Θεοτοκά και της Λεωφόρου Ελλάδος με την οδό Ιάκωβου Πατάτσου θα τεθούν σε λειτουργία μέσα στις επόμενες λίγες ημέρες, με την ολοκλήρωση των τελικών τεχνικών δοκιμών και ρυθμίσεων.
Ο Δήμος Αραδίππου καλεί όλους τους οδηγούς να επιδεικνύουν αυξημένη προσοχή κατά τη διέλευση από τις νέες φωτοελεγχόμενες διασταυρώσεις, να συμμορφώνονται με τη σήμανση και τις ενδείξεις των φωτεινών σηματοδοτών, συμβάλλοντας στην ασφαλή προσαρμογή στο νέο κυκλοφοριακό σύστημα.
Η ολοκλήρωση του έργου αποτελεί μια σημαντική επένδυση στις σύγχρονες υποδομές της πόλης μας, με κύριο στόχο τη μείωση των τροχαίων συγκρούσεων, την προστασία της ανθρώπινης ζωής και τη βελτίωση της κυκλοφοριακής ροής σε έναν από τους πλέον πολυσύχναστους οδικούς άξονες της Αραδίππου.

New Traffic Light-Controlled Intersections on Ελλάδος Avenue Nearing Completion
The Municipality of Aradippou informs residents that the significant project for the installation of new traffic light-controlled intersections on Ελλάδος Avenue has now reached its final stage of implementation, representing one of the most important interventions of recent years aimed at improving road safety in the area.
As of tomorrow, the traffic light-controlled intersection at Ελλάδος Avenue and Ivykou Street / Sergiou & Vakchou Street will become operational.
The traffic light-controlled intersections at Ελλάδος Avenue and Georgios Theotokas Street, as well as at Ελλάδος Avenue and Iakovos Patatsos Street, will be brought into operation within the next few days following the completion of final technical testing and adjustments.
The Municipality of Aradippou urges all drivers to exercise increased caution when passing through the new intersections, to comply with road signs and traffic light signals, and to contribute to a safe transition to the new traffic management system.
The completion of this project constitutes a significant investment in the city’s modern infrastructure, with the primary objectives of reducing road traffic collisions, protecting human life, and improving traffic flow along one of Aradippou’s busiest road corridors.
