Και τώρα έσκασε η βόμβα που όλοι ξέραμε πως υπήρχε και ήταν πυρηνικών διαστάσεων και παρέσυρε όλο το σύστημα αυτή τη φορά, ενεδεχόμενα ποινικά αδικήματα που εμπλέκουν ανώτατους, θεσμούς, από την εκτελεστική, τη δικαστική εξουσία, την αστυνομία, τη ΜΟΚΑΣ. Θυμάμαι τη φράση που είπε συνάδελφος τότε για την έρευνα που έκανε η ΜΟΚΑΣ. Ψεκάστε, σπουπίστε τους καθάρισε. Μιλούν για ξεδόντιασμα της ΑΡΧΗΣ που δεν εχει ανακριτικές εξουσίες. Κάποιοι δώσαμε μάχης για αυτό μαζί και η φίλη Αλεξαντρα αλλά βρίσκαμε τοίχος όπως το πόθεν έσχες με γνωματευσεις του εισαγγελέα περί ανισυνταγματικότητας. Κάτι σαν το Πόθεν Εσχες που δεν μας άφηναν να περιλαβουμε εισαγγελέα και βοηθό.
Και τώρα οι δυο υπουργοί και νυν εισαγγελείς του Προέδρου που φέρεται να κατηγορείται για ποινικά αδικήματα, που διορίστηκαν απο τον ίδιο, θα πρέπει να παραμερίσουν και να αναλάβουν άλλοι εκτός νομικής υπηρεσίας για να μην μπορούν να επηρεάσουν οι ίδιοι ως προϊστάμενοι. Ο ΔΗΣΥ είναι εξαιρετικά εκτεθειμένος και οι δηλώσεις τους, τους βουλιάζουν ακόμα περισσότερο, ΡΙΚ σήμερα πρωί. Πως μπορούν άλλωστε να αποδεχτούν μια πραγματικότητα που εκθέτει τον Επίτιμο Πρόεδρο της Παράταξης που φαίνεται με βάση το πόρισμα να άλωσε το κράτος. Έχουν επιφέρει μέγιστο πλήγμα στους θεσμούς . Και μετά τους φταίνε οι πολίτες. Ο ΔΗΣΥ μας μιλά για γνωματεύσεις της Ν.Υ…. και πεθαίνει κανείς στα γέλια. Και την Αρχή Κατα της Διαφθοράς που ισχυρίζονται ότι την δημιούργησε η κυβέρνηση Αναστασιαδη ήταν εν μέσω τεράστιου σκανδάλου για να ηρεμήσουν τα πράγματα και την έκαναν τόσο ξεδοντιασμένη που να τρέχουμε ακόμα πόσα χρόνια. Η Υπεράσπιση του ΔΗΣΥ είναι το ΑΚΕΛ , θυμήθηκε ο Ονουφριος τα σκάνδαλα του ΑΚΕΛ, άρα πάμε να καλύψουμε τους ημέτερους επιτιθέμενοι στους άλλους. Είναι για γέλια και για κλάματα

And now the bomb has exploded — the one we all knew existed and was of nuclear proportions. This time, it has potentially engulfed the entire system: possible criminal offences involving top officials and institutions from the executive branch, the judiciary, the police, and MOKAS (the Unit for Combating Money Laundering).
I remember a phrase a colleague used at the time regarding the investigation carried out by MOKAS: “Spray them, dust them off, and they’re cleared.” They speak about defanging the Authority, which has no investigative powers. Some of us fought battles over this issue, including my friend Alexandra, but we kept hitting a wall — just as we did with the declaration of assets (Pothen Esches), where legal opinions from the Attorney General claimed such measures were unconstitutional. It was similar to the Pothen Esches legislation, where we were not allowed to include the Attorney General and his deputy.
And now, the two former ministers who currently serve as the President’s legal advisers and Attorneys General — appointed by the very President who is reportedly facing allegations of criminal offences — should step aside, and others from outside the Legal Service should take over, so that they cannot influence the process as its supervisors.
DISY is extremely exposed, and their statements are sinking them even further. I said this on RIK this morning. How could they possibly accept a reality that exposes the Honorary President of their party, who, according to the findings, appears to have captured the state apparatus? They have inflicted enormous damage on the institutions. And then they blame the citizens.
DISY talks to us about legal opinions from the Legal Service, and one can only laugh. As for the Anti-Corruption Authority, which they claim was created by the Anastasiades government, it was established in the midst of a massive scandal in order to calm public outrage. They made it so toothless that we are still dealing with the consequences years later.
DISY’s defence is AKEL. Onoufrios suddenly remembered AKEL’s scandals — in other words, let’s cover up our own people by attacking others.
It is both laughable and tragic.
