Ένα σημαντικό έργο στρατηγικού σχεδιασμού και βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης εισέρχεται πλέον στη φάση υλοποίησης στον Δήμο Αραδίππου, μετά την υπογραφή του συμβολαίου για την αναθεώρηση και τροποποίηση του Τοπικού Σχεδίου Λάρνακας, που αφορά τα διοικητικά όρια του Δήμου Αραδίππου.
Το έργο ανατέθηκε στην εταιρεία A.L.A. Planning Partnership Consultants LLC και αφορά την εκπόνηση όλων των απαραίτητων μελετών και εισηγήσεων για την επικαιροποίηση του Τοπικού Σχεδίου, με στόχο τη δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονου πολεοδομικού πλαισίου που θα ανταποκρίνεται στις σημερινές και μελλοντικές ανάγκες της πόλης.
Το συμβόλαιο υπέγραψαν ο Δήμαρχος Αραδίππου, Χριστόδουλος Πάρτου, και εκ μέρους της αναδόχου εταιρείας η Άννα Καραμοντάνη, Διευθύντρια της A.L.A. Planning Partnership Consultants LLC. Η υπογραφή πραγματοποιήθηκε παρουσία του Δημοτικού Γραμματέα, Ματθαίου Αλαμπρίτη, του Αντιδημάρχου Πανίκου Τυρίμου, καθώς και μελών της ομάδας μελέτης της αναδόχου εταιρείας.
Η αναθεώρηση του Τοπικού Σχεδίου αναμένεται να αποτελέσει ένα σημαντικό εργαλείο για τον ορθολογικό χωροταξικό σχεδιασμό, την αναβάθμιση του αστικού περιβάλλοντος και τη δημιουργία των κατάλληλων προϋποθέσεων για ισόρροπη ανάπτυξη, επενδύσεις και βελτίωση της καθημερινότητας των πολιτών.
The contract for the review and amendment of the Larnaca Local Plan concerning the Municipality of Aradippou has been signed
An important strategic planning and sustainable development project has now entered the implementation phase in the Municipality of Aradippou, following the signing of the contract for the review and amendment of the Larnaca Local Plan, which concerns the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Aradippou.
The project has been awarded to A.L.A. Planning Partnership Consultants LLC and involves the preparation of all necessary studies and recommendations for updating the Local Plan, with the aim of creating a modern planning framework that will meet the current and future needs of the city.
The contract was signed by the Mayor of Aradippou, Christodoulos Partou, and, on behalf of the contractor company, by Anna Karamontani, Director of A.L.A. Planning Partnership Consultants LLC. The signing ceremony was attended by the Municipal Secretary, Matthaios Alabritis, the Deputy Mayor Panikos Tyrimos, as well as members of the contractor’s study team.
The revision of the Local Plan is expected to serve as an important tool for rational spatial planning, the upgrading of the urban environment, and the creation of the necessary conditions for balanced development, investment opportunities, and the improvement of citizens’ everyday quality of life.
