Ο Δήμος Λάρνακας ανακοινώνει ότι δέχεται μουσικές προτάσεις από καλλιτέχνες ή καλλιτεχνικά σχήματα από την Ελλάδα για την πραγματοποίηση εκδήλωσης/εκδηλώσεων στα Δημοτικά Διαμερίσματα Λιβαδιών και Βορόκληνης από τις 28 Αυγούστου 2026 μέχρι τις 5 Σεπτεμβρίου 2026.
Το συνολικό ποσό που δύναται να διατεθεί ανέρχεται μέχρι το ποσό των €15,000 περιλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ.
Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι παρακαλούνται όπως υποβάλουν ολοκληρωμένη πρόταση που να περιλαμβάνει:
- Περιγραφή της προτεινόμενης εκδήλωσης (είδος, διάρκεια, καλλιτεχνική ταυτότητα)
- Οικονομική προσφορά
- Αεροπορικά εισιτήρια
- Διαμονή και διατροφή καλλιτεχνών
- Per Diems καλλιτεχνών
- Διακίνηση καλλιτεχνών
- Οργανωτικά έξοδα
- Φορολογίες καλλιτεχνών στο Τμήμα Εσωτερικών Προσόδων
- Πνευματικά δικαιώματα- συγγενικά δικαιώματα
- Ασφάλιση όλων των συντελεστών της παραγωγής
Επίσης θα πρέπει να υποβληθούν οι τεχνικές προδιαγραφές ήχου και φωτισμού ούτως ώστε ο Δήμος Λάρνακας να προβεί σε ζήτηση προσφορών.
Οι προτάσεις θα πρέπει να υποβληθούν σε κλειστό φάκελο μέχρι τη Παρασκευή 10 Ιουλίου 2026 ώρα 11.00 π.μ. στο Κιβώτιο Προσφορών του Δήμου Λάρνακας, που βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο των Κεντρικών Γραφείων του Δήμου, γωνία Λεωφόρου Αθηνών και οδού Νικολάου Λανίτη, Τ.Θ.40045, 6300 Λάρνακα. Στο φάκελο να αναγράφεται το όνομα του Φορέα.

Call for Music Event Proposals from Artists and Musical Groups from Greece
The Municipality of Larnaca announces that it is inviting music event proposals from artists or musical groups based in Greece for the organization of one or more performances in the Municipal Districts of Livadia and Voroklini between 28 August 2026 and 5 September 2026.
The total available budget is up to €15,000, VAT inclusive.
Interested parties are invited to submit a comprehensive proposal including the following:
- Description of the proposed event (genre, duration, artistic concept/identity)
- Financial offer
- Airfare
- Accommodation and meals for the artists
- Artists’ per diems
- Local transportation for the artists
- Organisational/production expenses
- Artists’ tax obligations payable to the Tax Department
- Copyright and neighbouring rights
- Insurance coverage for all members of the production
Applicants must also submit the technical specifications for sound and lighting, enabling the Municipality of Larnaca to proceed with the relevant procurement process.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than Friday, 10 July 2026, at 11:00 a.m., and placed in the Municipality of Larnaca Tender Box, located on the 5th floor of the Municipality’s Central Offices, at the corner of Athinon Avenue and Nikolaou Laniti Street, P.O. Box 40045, 6300 Larnaca, Cyprus.
The name of the submitting organisation/entity must be clearly indicated on the envelope.
