Η Λάρνακα ταξίδεψε στην Πάτρα για να ενώσει τη φωνή της με δεκάδες χορωδίες από όλη την Ελλάδα και την Κύπρο, στο πλαίσιο του 13ου Φεστιβάλ Χορωδιών “Πάτρα 2025”, που πραγματοποιήθηκε το Σάββατο 8 Νοεμβρίου 2025 στο ιστορικό Θέατρο Royal.
Το Φωνητικό Σύνολο του Δήμου Λάρνακας, υπό την καλλιτεχνική διεύθυνση του μαέστρου Ανδρέα Γερολέμου, εντυπωσίασε με την ερμηνεία και τη μουσική του ποιότητα, εκπροσωπώντας με περηφάνια την Λάρνακα σε αυτή τη σημαντική πολιτιστική διοργάνωση. Το πρόγραμμα του συνόλου ξεχώρισε για την ευαισθησία, την τεχνική και την ψυχή του, κερδίζοντας το θερμό χειροκρότημα του κοινού.
Στο πλαίσιο της επίσκεψης στην Πάτρα, ο Πρόεδρος της Επιτροπής Πολιτισμού του Δήμου Λάρνακας και το Φωνητικό Σύνολο είχαν την τιμή να συναντηθούν με τον Δήμαρχο Πατρέων, κύριο Κωνσταντίνο Πελετίδη, στο νέο Δημαρχείο της πόλης. Ο κύριος Πελετίδης τους υποδέχθηκε θερμά και τους ξενάγησε στους χώρους του Δημαρχείου, σε ένα εγκάρδιο και φιλικό κλίμα που ανέδειξε τους δεσμούς φιλίας και συνεργασίας ανάμεσα στις δύο πόλεις.
Ο Δήμος Λάρνακας εκφράζει την ικανοποίησή του για τη συμμετοχή στο φεστιβάλ και ευχαριστεί τους διοργανωτές για τη θερμή φιλοξενία και την άψογη οργάνωση της εκδήλωσης.
Με τη συμμετοχή του στο “Πάτρα 2025”, το Φωνητικό Σύνολο του Δήμου Λάρνακας συνεχίζει να αναδεικνύει τη χορωδιακή παράδοση της πόλης και να προβάλλει τον πολιτισμό της Κύπρου στο εξωτερικό.
The Vocal Ensemble of the Municipality of Larnaca proudly represented Cyprus at the 13th Choir Festival “Patra 2025”
Larnaca traveled to Patras to join its voice with dozens of choirs from across Greece and Cyprus, as part of the 13th Choir Festival “Patra 2025”, which took place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the historic Royal Theater.
The Vocal Ensemble of the Municipality of Larnaca, under the artistic direction of maestro Andreas Gerolemou, impressed the audience with its performance and musical excellence, proudly representing Larnaca in this important cultural event. The ensemble’s program stood out for its sensitivity, technique, and soul, earning the audience’s warm applause.
During their visit to Patras, the President of the Cultural Committee of the Municipality of Larnaca and the members of the Vocal Ensemble had the honor of meeting with the Mayor of Patras, Mr. Konstantinos Peletidis, at the city’s new Town Hall. Mr. Peletidis warmly welcomed them and offered a tour of the premises, in an atmosphere of cordiality and friendship that highlighted the bonds of cooperation between the two cities.
The Municipality of Larnaca expresses its satisfaction with the ensemble’s participation in the festival and extends its gratitude to the organizers for their warm hospitality and the excellent coordination of the event.
Through its participation in “Patra 2025,” the Vocal Ensemble of the Municipality of Larnaca continues to promote the city’s choral tradition and to showcase the culture of Cyprus abroad.
