Σημερινή ανάρτηση Δημάρχου Λάρνακας Ανδρέα Βύρα:
Μόλις ενημερώθηκα από τον Υπουργό Μεταφορών, Επικοινωνιών και Έργων, Αλέξης Βαφεάδης, ότι η συνάντηση μαζί του και την Επιτροπή Ανάπτυξης Πόλης και Επαρχίας Λάρνακας θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Πέμπτη 19/02 και ώρα 16:00.
Αντικείμενο της συνάντησης θα είναι τα τρία πιο κάτω ζητήματα:
Γενική ενημέρωση για το θέμα της πρότασης των μετόχων της Κοινοπραξίας Κίτιον για αναβίωση του έργου.
Παρουσίαση της μελέτης του Υπερταμείου και ανταλλαγή απόψεων με τους φορείς της πόλης.
Δημιουργία ομάδας εργασίας, με τη συμμετοχή του Δήμου Λάρνακας και του ΕΟΑΛ, η οποία θα παρακολουθεί την πορεία υλοποίησης και θα παρεμβαίνει σε τυχόν αποκλίσεις από τα καθορισμένα χρονοδιαγράμματα.
Η συζήτηση αυτή είναι καθοριστικής σημασίας για την πορεία της ανάπτυξης του Λιμανιού και της Μαρίνας Λάρνακας. Προσερχόμαστε με υπευθυνότητα, τεκμηρίωση και διάθεση συνεργασίας, με μοναδικό γνώμονα το συμφέρον της πόλης και των πολιτών της.
Today’s post by the Mayor of Larnaca, Andreas Vyras:
I have just been informed by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Alexis Vafeades, that the meeting with him and the Larnaca City and District Development Committee will take place on Thursday, 19/02, at 16:00.
The meeting will focus on the following three issues:
• General briefing on the proposal submitted by the shareholders of the Kition Consortium regarding the revival of the project.
• Presentation of the study by the Sovereign Fund and exchange of views with the city’s stakeholders.
• Establishment of a working group, with the participation of the Municipality of Larnaca and the Larnaca District Self-Governance Organisation (EOAL), which will monitor the implementation process and intervene in case of any deviations from the set timelines.
This discussion is of crucial importance for the development of the Larnaca Port and Marina. We approach it with responsibility, proper documentation, and a spirit of cooperation, guided solely by the interests of the city and its citizens.
