Έξι πύργοι ύψους 70 έως 86 μέτρων στο χώρο των πρώην διυλιστηρίων στη Λάρνακα
Μια νέα εποχή για το παραλιακό μέτωπο της Λάρνακας σηματοδοτεί η κατάθεση των περιβαλλοντικών μελετών στο Τμήμα Περιβάλλοντος για το έργο «Horizon Towers». Η ανάπτυξη, της εταιρείας Shajwawi Lebovich Karekla Developments Ltd (SLK), προτείνεται να ανεγερθεί στην περιοχή των πρώην Διυλιστηρίων και Αποθηκών Πετρελαιοειδών, εντός των ορίων του Δήμου Λιβαδιών (πλέον μέρος του νέου Συμπλέγματος Δήμων Λάρνακας).
Το έργο, που χαρακτηρίζεται από υψηλές αρχιτεκτονικές προδιαγραφές, αφορά την ανέγερση συνολικά έξι πύργων, ύψους από 70 έως 86 μέτρα, οι οποίοι θα φιλοξενούν 530 οικιστικές μονάδες, δύο κτήρια δημόσιων πολλαπλών χρήσεων, τα οποία θα διαθέτουν χώρους εστίασης, εμπορικά καταστήματα, γυμναστήριο, spa και χώρους γραφείων, καθώς και χώρους πρασίνου, στάθμευσης, πισίνες, γήπεδο παντέλ.
Η επένδυση υλοποιείται σε γη που παραχωρήθηκε από την εταιρεία Πετρολίνα, συμφερόντων της οικογένειας Λευκαρίτη.

Six towers between 70 and 86 meters high on the site of the former refineries in Larnaca
A new era for the seafront of Larnaca is marked by the submission of environmental studies to the Department of Environment for the “Horizon Towers” project. The development, by Shajwawi Lebovich Karekla Developments Ltd (SLK), is proposed to be built in the area of the former Oil Refineries and Fuel Storage Facilities, within the boundaries of the Municipality of Livadia (now part of the new Larnaca Municipality Complex).
The project, described as having high architectural standards, involves the construction of a total of six towers, ranging in height from 70 to 86 meters. The towers will accommodate 530 residential units, two public multi-use buildings featuring dining areas, retail shops, a gym, spa and office spaces, as well as green areas, parking spaces, swimming pools and a padel court.
The investment is being carried out on land granted by the company Petrolina, owned by the Lefkaritis family.
