Το Οικονομικό Τμήμα του Δήμου Λάρνακας, πληροφορεί το κοινό ότι η αποπληρωμή των Δικαιωμάτων Αποκομιδής Σκυβάλων, Επαγγελματικού Φόρου, Δικαιωμάτων Χρήσης / Διατήρησης Επαγγελματικών Υποστατικών, Φόρου Ακίνητης Ιδιοκτησίας και Τέλους Κοιμητηρίου για το έτος 2025, έχει παραταθεί μέχρι και την 27η Φεβρουαρίου 2026 χωρίς καμία επιβάρυνση.
Από την 2α Μαρτίου 2026 και μετά, θα τηρηθούν οι πρόνοιες της ισχύουσας Νομοθεσίας με την επιβολή επιβάρυνσης επί του οφειλόμενου ποσού.
Η εξόφληση των φορολογιών γίνεται στα Κέντρα Εξυπηρέτησης του Δημότη (Λάρνακα, Λιβάδια, Βορόκληνη) μέχρι τις 27 Φεβρουαρίου, και μέσω JCC από τις 2 Φεβρουαρίου μέχρι τις 26 Φεβρουαρίου 2026.
Για ενστάσεις που αφορούν τις φορολογίες του 2025 και προηγούμενων ετών, σημειώνεται ότι δεν θα εξετάζονται και θα απορρίπτονται καθώς θεωρούνται εκπρόθεσμες. Η τελευταία ημερομηνία υποβολής ενστάσεων για το έτος 2025 ήταν η 28η Νοεμβρίου 2025.
Municipality of Larnaca: Extension of Deadline for the Payment of Municipal Taxes for the Year 2025
The Finance Department of the Municipality of Larnaca informs the public that the payment of Refuse Collection Fees, Business Tax, Fees for the Use/Maintenance of Professional Premises, Immovable Property Tax, and Cemetery Fees for the year 2025 has been extended until 27 February 2026, with no additional charges.
From 2 March 2026 onwards, the provisions of the applicable legislation will be enforced, including the imposition of a surcharge on the outstanding amount.
Payments may be made at the Citizen Service Centres (Larnaca, Livadia, Voroklini) until 27 February 2026, and via JCC from 2 February to 26 February 2026.
Regarding objections relating to taxes for the year 2025 and previous years, it is noted that they will not be examined and will be rejected, as they are considered overdue. The final date for the submission of objections for the year 2025 was 28 November 2025.
